Ángel is classified as a PPP — a Perro Potencialmente Peligroso, or potentially dangerous dog. In Spain, that label still carries fear and stigma. But the shelter insists: “The paperwork is simple now. The hardest part isn’t filling out a form. It’s opening your heart.”
Despite his label, Ángel has never shown aggression. Quite the opposite — he craves human connection, and he’s proven his trust in people all over again.
