"Dog Mum" Arrested After Filming Sexual Acts with Her Chihuahua and Posting Online

Logan Guminski, a 27-year-old woman from Ocala, Florida, was arrested on March 21, 2025, after authorities received an anonymous tip about disturbing videos posted to her Instagram account. According to investigators, Guminski allegedly filmed herself engaging in sexual acts with a chihuahua and shared the footage publicly on social media.

Facing two felony charges

The self-described “dog mum” now faces two felony charges: engaging in sexual activity with an animal and recording sexual activity involving an animal. Authorities say multiple explicit videos featuring Guminski and the dog were uncovered during the investigation.

According to Detective Jordyn Batts of the Major Crimes Unit, Guminski admitted to being a content creator who produces sexually explicit material for sale on the internet. She also told investigators that another individual online had offered her $500 in exchange for the disturbing content.

Evidence confirms repeat offenses

Police confirmed that Guminski had additional footage stored on her phone, including another act of sexual abuse involving a different dog. She was booked into the Marion County Jail and released the following day on a $10,000 bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for April 22.

A case that horrified authorities

“This isn’t my first case of this nature,” Detective Batts told 13 News. “But it’s always shocking—especially when you’re forced to watch the videos. It never gets easier.”

Guminski appeared visibly dejected in a video released by the sheriff’s office, showing her being escorted into the station. On social media, she had regularly posted about her dogs, describing them as her “whole world.” Just days before her arrest, she introduced a new dog named Juniper in a post shared with her followers.

A growing concern

This is not the first high-profile case of animal sexual abuse to gain public attention. Earlier this month, a woman in Sheffield, England, avoided prison after pleading guilty to similar acts involving a pug named Charlie. Her partner, Graham Marshall, was also convicted for encouraging and participating in the abuse.

As the court date approaches, animal welfare groups are once again calling for stricter monitoring of online platforms and stronger penalties for crimes involving animal cruelty and exploitation.
