Despite SACPA’s claims on its website of "extensive experience and a commitment to animal welfare," reports from employees, volunteers, and animal advocates tell a different story. Multiple attempts to alert authorities have gone unanswered, leaving animals to endure horrific conditions.

Our Demands for Immediate Change

1. Immediate Administrative Closure: Temporarily shut down SACPA Vaux-le-Pénil to address urgent issues, including the care of sick animals, thorough disinfection, and containment of disease outbreaks.
2. Change in Leadership: Replace the current management, which has failed to ensure basic care and survival of the animals under their protection.
3. Rescue of Survivors: Collaborate with partner organizations to rehome and care for the animals that survive this crisis.
4. Public Accountability: Urge individuals to take responsibility through vaccination, identification, and sterilization to reduce stray populations and prevent future suffering.
